Bianco su Bianco tells the story of Ruggero and Elena, of the boy’s difficult childhood, of the strength of a friendship that allows them to get through the storm, and of love, that link as magical as it is mysterious, which will support both while they climb one of the highest peaks.

Since its world premiere in Bellinzona (Switzerland) in 2014, the show has had more than 171 performances with more than 38,500 spectators in 48 different cities; in Switzerland, Spain, Canada, Mexico, Italy, Ecuador, France, Chile, Russia, Romania, Uruguay, Brazil, Finland, Tunisia and Denmark.

Circus, dance, theatre…. Above all, beauty, intimacy and sensitivity are in abundance. Daniele Finzi Pasca has written (perhaps without thinking and without intending to) a true learning novel for life.

Based in Lugano (Switzerland), the Compagnia Finzi Pasca is one of the most important independent artistic companies in the world. It enjoys international renown thanks to its particular artistic offering: the “Theatre of Caress”, its own theatrical technique based on the invisible gesture and lightness, which deeply moves.

Since its founding, the Company has created three Olympic Ceremonies: two closing ceremonies for the Turin 2006 and Sochi 2014 Olympic Games and one for the opening of the Sochi 2014 Paralympic Games; two shows for Cirque du Soleil: Luzia in 2016 and Corteo in 2005 (which was seen by 9 million spectators in 10 years on tour); the Avudo multimedia show as part of the celebration of the 375th anniversary of the founding of Montreal, Canada; Abrazos, the family show of the León State Fair 2019 in Mexico, and seven lyrical operas.

In 2019, the CFP creative team led the creation and staging of the central show of the Fête Des Vignerons in Vevey, Switzerland. A celebration, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which takes place 4 times in a cycle. In 2020, the same team created and staged the opening concert of Russia’s largest organ in Moscow’s Zaryadye hall with the participation of 10,000 spectators within 24 hours. Among many other ongoing projects, the company has created 7 touring shows, some of which are still in circulation: Nuda (2021), 52 (2021), Luna Park (2020), Per te (2016), Bianco su Bianco (2014) , La Verità (2013), Donka (2010) and Icaro (1991).

Compagnia Finzi Pasca was founded by Antonio Vergamini, Daniele Finzi Pasca, Hugo Gargiulo, Julie Hamelin Finzi (†) and Maria Bonzanigo in 2011, taking up the work developed by the Sunil Theatre and Inlevitas.
